i made
this for dinner tonight and it is fantastic. i tweeked it a little based on what i had in the fridge and cut it in 1/3 because i didn't want to spend a gajillion dollars on gruyer and then not like it enough to feed myself 12 times. turns out i couldn't made the whole thing because i really like it!
